Acropolis of Athens tours

De gids was zeer uitgebreid en de tour verliep vlekkeloos vanaf het ophaalpunt! We kregen goede informatie over de Akropolis en de artefacten in het museum.

great start to finish 9am on time and reached Athens station 11pm~. Shoutout to Yanis our driver, safe driver and Vassou our tour guide, she was friendly and knowledgeable!! saw 3 monasteries inside and they even brought us to view the 4th one although from outside as that closes early but it’s fine .. it’s the first monastery built and the most gorgeous one! worth the steps to visit all 3 monasteries. lunch was great too. only downside was the dinner which was very expensive , guess typical tourist trap euro20 for 2 souvlaki skewers w fries, salad and a water bottle. there’s other food options which I overheard other passengers complaining about the prices they had to pay as well. but other than that, beautiful trip! enough toilet breaks w toilets in the monasteries we visited

Onze gids Angela was geweldig, ze legde alles tot in detail uit en was erg leuk!

De stadstour door Athene met de bus en de wandeling naar de Akropolis was de beste beslissing die ik heb genomen. Haha~ Onze gids Dimitris deelde veel historische feiten en het was leuk. Yanis, de chauffeur, navigeerde soepel door het stadscentrum en zette ons af bij de Akropolis. De attractie kan erg druk en een beetje steil zijn, maar de gids begeleidde ons goed en zorgde ervoor dat niemand achterbleef. Boek deze tour – het brengt de oude ruïnes tot leven op een manier die geen enkele tekst kan repliceren!

we really enjoyed our tour! our tour guide was great (unfortunately I’ve forgotten her name). she was patient and attentive to all group members. The pace of the tour was good and she was very knowledgeable about the history of the site and Athens in general. My shy son even felt comfortable asking her questions.
