Tangweigou Hot Springs Park-tours

Our guide, Bratt WhatsApp us the night before to confirm our attendance. As a tourist, that gave us great assurance to someone whom we can contact in case we are lost or late. We were 30 mins early arriving at Taipei Main Station but couldn't find the right exit from the metro. The easiest is to exit M4 and from the exit that leads us to outdoors, turn left and head to the nearest building (across the zebra crossing). The meet-up point East 1 is just right at the side of the building. Bratt is very attentive to our needs, flexible in scheduling (at 11am, Kavalan has a walk-through tour and he swap the locations so that we can attend this) and resourceful (he recommended a few night eateries to us to have dinner). There are 6 in our group and everyone was cordial, sometimes 2 or the others are a bit late but we accommodated and adapted to each other's needs. Overall we are very satisfied with the tour, just felt that the duration for each location is a little tight. Nevertheless, this tour is definitely value for money!!!

Our guide Trix was FANTASTIC. I couldn’t believe that he has been doing this for only a few months because I thought he has been a tour guide for all his life. He was so attentive and went above and beyond. He had videos he made to show us during the drive, made a special map for us to follow at the Jiufen. spoke such good English that communication was easy. He also went above and beyond and took us around special alley way to get the best shots at the Jiufen. I highly recommend this tour and it was even more special because of the guide Trix. Thank you!

Libby is een fantastische gids, zeer bekwaam, georganiseerd en snel in het beheren van elk detail. Wat haar echt bijzonder maakt, is de manier waarop ze voor haar gasten zorgt met vriendelijkheid en aandacht. Ze heeft in haar eentje een grote groep beheerd terwijl ze toch individueel steun gaf aan elke persoon. We wensen oprecht dat iedereen de kans zou krijgen om een gids zoals Libby te ontmoeten! Deelnemen aan deze tour was ook een geweldige manier om ongelooflijke plaatsen zoals Yehliu, Shifen en Jiufen te zien, die zonder zo'n geweldige organisatie moeilijk allemaal op één dag te bereiken zouden zijn.

I had an incredible experience on the Alishan Day Tour booked via Klook in January 2026. The entire process was smooth from booking to the tour day. The pickup was punctual, and the tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history and beauty of Alishan. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, especially the sunrise view from the summit — a highlight of the trip! The train ride through the lush forests and the iconic Giant Tree were unforgettable moments. The weather in January was chilly but clear, perfect for sightseeing and photography. The tour included comfortable transportation, well-organized stops, and enough free time to explore each site. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience the natural wonders of Alishan with convenience and expert guidance.

We were very happy to have Dunken as our guide for the day tour to sun moon lake and Qing jing farm, wish we would give more stars for the tour guide. He was very jovial, fun and polite. He also help us and our fellow travellers to take wonderful photographs. We had a wonderful time and everything was well planned and according to schedule. Will highly recommend this tour especially with Dunken as your guide.

This tour is very laid back and relaxing. Our tour guide, Cindy, is very approachable, kind and knowledgeable. She even has pictures to show on the bus about the different places that will be visited. She is also funny and easy to talk too. I hope to go on this tour again and hope Cindy will be our tour guide again. Very happy that I booked this tour. Such a break from the bustling city of Taipei.

Onze Gaomei-tour met York was een geweldige ervaring. Hoewel onze oorspronkelijke datum moest worden verplaatst vanwege een laag aantal deelnemers, overtrof de tour zelf onze verwachtingen. York was een uitstekende gids en over het algemeen was het de ervaring echt waard.

This amazing trip is highly recommended! Big shoutout to Mr Alex of Ezfly Taiwan for making our trip with full of exitement and energy from starting point and until the end. Meet up at Taipei Main Station, Mr Alex group us as Number 3. Then we started our journey in Shifen Sky Lantern - lantern is free as included , make a wish before letting go the lantern! 2nd Stop Jiufen - enjoy the food as a lot of free taste and also the view is amazing! Must tey the taro balls . 3rd Stop Yehliu limit time so just take picture to Cute Princess and at back of Queens Head then run go back to bus ! 4th The pastry making - love the experience and food tasting and buying pasalubong. Overall worth it , it is better to book in Klook rather than DIY! For Mr Alex thanks for the heart sticker and for the prices during the Q&A inside the bus. Mr Alex is bilingual also Mandarin and English so it is easy to understand !
