Hong Kong Heritage Museum tours

100/100 zal deze tour promoten!! Zie niet alleen de glimmende kant van Hong Kong, maar kom ook de 'donkere kant' zien en leer hoe de gewone mensen leven. Summer is GEWELDIG als gids, ze deelde zoveel met ons om te leren en beantwoordde al onze vragen. ◡̈ Hoewel het halverwege de tour regende, behield ze haar vrolijke humeur en maakte ze de tour zo interessant! Heel erg bedankt Summer!

Mr. Bill is our driver/tour guide. He is punctual for our pickup time. This is a private tour so we opted to go to the following (considering we have senior citizen parents) 1. Cable Car up to Ngong Ping Village (my fewr of heights was tested. Quite foggy and windy during our ride up) 2. Ngong Ping Village (had our lunch here and some souvenir buying) 3. Tian Tan Buddha ( parents opted not to go up.quite tiring and oxygen is thin) 4. Cable car down to Terminal near Tung Chung Station ( weather was better /sunny) 5. Drive around Central Area (longest escalator in HK) 6. Sunset at Victoria Peak (took our afternoon snacks here) All along the way, Mr. Bill suggested possible destinations, as well as some history of the place we were passing by. Also food choices and snacks. He also took our family photos at the peak. He dropped us of along Nathan Road to cap off our day tour. Thank you so much Mr Bill!

The itinerary for me was well curated to see and feel both modern and old Hong Kong. We enjoyed the whole tour so much, which also because of our tour guide Ricky. He gave insightful histories of HK and there was never a dull moment with him. We also love the lunch at Tim Ho Wan which was very filling. This tour is worth more than what we pair for.

meeting location right in front of the Kowloon hotel. bare in mind, this is a WALKING tour! not so suitable if your kid doesn’t like walking cuz it’s a lot of walking for this. There were 2 Tourguides which is amazing! they both speck good English.
