The location is great. It's close to the subway station, Sakae, Nagoya Castle, and Mirai Tower, all within walking distance. The room condition is excellent. The public bath is also clean and helps relieve travel fatigue. It's great.

On the first day, it was pouring rain and heavily flooded when we arrived in Nagoya, so we couldn't go into the city center. We weren't able to stay the first night, but fortunately, the hotel was understanding and refunded the cost of the first night's stay. The hotel's location is convenient; it's less than a 10-minute walk to Nagoya JR Station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a late-night snack. The hotel staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is excellent.

De kamers zijn ruim, comfortabel en schoon. Het personeel bij de receptie is vriendelijk en beleefd. Naast de lift zijn er filterkoffiezakjes en diverse theezakjes beschikbaar, evenals kleine verpakkingen met huidverzorgingsproducten. Alles is geweldig, behalve de locatie die wat verder van het station ligt. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid; de vers gemaakte omelet is een aanrader. Er is een ruime keuze aan Japanse gerechten, brood en salades, en veel drankjes zoals sap, melk en oolongthee. Het enige minpuntje is dat er slechts drie soorten fruit zijn, en de currysaus is een beetje dun en niet de traditionele Japanse smaak die je gewend bent.

Service: We had to check in and check out again because we were on a two-day, one-night tour of Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe. We are also very grateful that they allowed us to store our luggage for a day! When we returned home, we realized we had left something in the room, and they were very proactive in contacting me and offering solutions!

Highly, highly, highly recommended! 👍🏻 Although it's a little distance from Nagoya Station, it's actually not too far. After checking in, I felt the value for money was incredibly high. There's a hot spring bath, and the breakfast with tonkatsu and unagi donburi was so authentic and delicious! 😍 The room was also spacious. This will be my top choice for accommodation when I visit Nagoya again!

The location is in the Chunichi Building, the newest landmark in Nagoya's central Sakae district. It's very convenient, directly connected to the subway exit via underground passages 21-22. The lobby is on the 24th floor, offering excellent panoramic views. The room number and floor will be provided upon check-in. Downstairs, you'll find Blue Bottle Coffee, Hisaya-odori Park, and Don Quijote, perfect for shopping until you drop. For a late-night snack, you can walk to Sekai no Yamachan for takeout chicken wings. If you enjoy night photography, head straight down to the 7th-floor sky deck for fantastic shots of the Chubu Electric Power Tower and Oasis 21's 'Spaceship-Aqua' within a 10-minute walk. Highly recommended if you like these features.

What impressed me most about my stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Taiko-dori Side was its excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Taiko-dori exit of the station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with large luggage or those arriving by Shinkansen. The hotel maintains the brand's consistently high standards, with clean rooms and a cleverly designed layout. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom significantly enhance the quality of the stay. There's a convenience store downstairs and numerous restaurants nearby, making the amenities impeccable. Given its convenience and comfort at a transportation hub, the price is quite reasonable, making it a top choice for business and leisure travelers seeking great value and an efficient itinerary.

the room is small, but very clean. everything you’d probably need during your stay are provided. they even provide hair curlers and irons. will stay here again, if given the chance in the future.

The hotel's location is perfect, a shopping paradise! It's across from Alpennagoya Sports Mall, next to Starbucks, and in front of Pargo Department Store. I was surprised by how clean and spacious the room was, and the bathtub was great too. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke Korean very well. I'm 100% satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and service. There were many Chinese guests, probably because they know it's a great value for money :)
