They were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The treatment itself was phenomenal! Such a relaxing and therapeutic experience. The head massage was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had! And the styling at the end was absolutely flawless! My friend had a beautiful, sleek blowout, and my hair was styled with gorgeous, soft, bouncy curls. We both left feeling fabulous! 💅🏻💕

I’m visiting from HK for 5 days and staying at Park Hyatt Busan. I originally wanted to walk into this salon for a facial and massage, but unfortunately it was fully booked. Then I quickly found a package on Klook, and it was confirmed right away. The staff were very friendly, and fluent in English. The environment was very comfortable. Although it isn’t a large-scale beauty salon, it felt warm and cozy, with everything you would expect, even the makeup room was lovely. The beautician’s technique was excellent, accurately identified which parts of my body were tense, & after the massage, I felt much more relaxed. Facial technique was also wonderful & very attentive. My skin had a noticeable glow that lasted at least two days, & my makeup applied much more smoothly. It turns out the Klook package also included a complimentary full-size product! Thank you to the staff for the extra Korean snacks at the end, and thank you for giving me such a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I booked the lifting and hydrating facial and I was very impressed. The aesthetician as very professional and very kind. After part of the treatment she had me look at the lifted difference between one side of my face and the other and I could definitely see a difference. Highly recommend coming here if you’re in Busan, well worth the time and money.

Ik heb zo'n geweldige ervaring gehad met de hoofdhuidtherapie! Het was ongelooflijk ontspannend en verfrissend. De behandeling was erg rustgevend, en ik vond het heerlijk hoe schoon en verfrist mijn hoofdhuid erna aanvoelde.

Zeer ontspannende behandeling die ik samen met mijn zus heb gedaan. Een aanrader! De therapeut en de hond waren supervriendelijk. Duizendmaal dank.
