Port Arthur tours

We really enjoyed our tour. Port arthur’s history was really interesting. UNESCO preserved the place really well even when it was burned years ago. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and was kind to drop us off to the airport. highly recommended ❤️

Zeer goede ervaring met de Tasman Island cruise. De gidsen zijn vriendelijk en aardig. Ze bieden een waterdichte, grote jas om te dragen tijdens de cruise. Over het algemeen kregen we geen waterspatten over ons heen. De "bestuurder" heeft zeer goede vaardigheden. De cruise was niet hobbelig, maar wel erg winderig en er blies een koude wind in je gezicht. Je kunt veel zeehonden zien en een mooi uitzicht op Candlestick en andere prachtige uitzichten op het Tasman Island-gebied. We hadden het geluk dolfijnen te zien, heel dicht bij onze boot.

I booked this one-day tour covering Port Arthur, the Eaglehawk Neck Dog Line, and Richmond. The experience far exceeded my expectations! Our guide, MAX, was incredibly attentive. He elaborated on the colonial history and convict stories behind every landmark, bringing those historical facts to life in an engaging and easy-to-understand way. Along the journey, he pointed out wildlife, and we were lucky enough to spot wombat footprints. He also shared many interesting local, lesser-known facts. MAX is polite, gentlemanly, and the tour pace was perfectly relaxed without any rushed schedule. I highly recommend this guided tour for anyone eager to explore the history of Southern Tasmania!

it was nice. Dave, our guide, was informative and friendly. He has bunch stories to tell. we have plenty of time exploring Port Arthur, Unzoo Tassie Devils and walk along the beach. i wish we have more time in Richmond.

Alles is perfect. Dit is mijn allereerste keer dat ik naar Tasmanië reis en meedoen aan deze open reis was leuk, ik heb er echt van genoten. De gids is erg bescheiden en informatief en de service is geweldig. Ik raad deze reis ten zeerste aan.

The ride duration was perfect for us to cruise around the coast. The weather was perfect to look around Cape Raoul as well as the seals and dolphins in the sea. The crew on board were experienced as guides and friendly to talk around with guests and help with pictures. Highly Recommended for Port Arthur day trip.

De Tasman Island Cruises Full Day Tour vanuit Hobart was gemakkelijk een van de hoogtepunten van mijn reis door Tasmanië. Onze gids was ongelooflijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en informatief, waardoor de hele dag van begin tot eind plezierig was.

Great tour and amazing sights as it's not just Port Arthur historic site but includes other sites as well. Well timed tour allows you to see all the sites comfortably. Only issue I had is that the tour is specifically catering for Chinese tourists as 99% of the commentary was in Chinese including all passengers, except for myself.
