Nicest location in intramuros. The hotel is a bit run down, need not a renovation, but care and maintenance, change the staircase carpets, paint etc. the staff is very dedicated. Overall is good

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Intramuros, making it an ideal base for exploring many of Manila's historic and cultural attractions. We were ably tl visit nearby tourist spots including Fort Santiago, the Manila Cathedral and the well-preserved walls of Intramuros Walls. The food in the cafe and sky deck restaurant are delicious as well.

Super sulit, given that they also have free refill station you just need to bring your own tumbler! also really appreciate the mini ref, it kept my food safe for my 4 days and 3 nights stay! will definielty go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Rizal Hotel! ❤️ The ambiance is very classy and elegant, and the whole place is impressively clean. It honestly feels like you're in another country because of the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere. One of our favorite spots was the swimming pool—the view is absolutely stunning and perfect for unwinding. Overall, it's a great place for a staycation, especially if you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious experience. Highly recommended! ✨

Ik heb absoluut genoten van mijn verblijf hier als gast die voor het eerst kwam. Ik vierde mijn verjaardag en de gratis verrassingscake maakte de gelegenheid nog specialer! De kamer was ruim, prachtig ontworpen en voelde luxueus aan, vooral het volledig functionele bad, de moderne toiletbril en de goed onderhouden badkamer. Het personeel was warm en behulpzaam gedurende ons hele verblijf, van de receptie tot het lobbyteam. Het ontbijtbuffet was een van de beste die ik heb gehad. De eetruimte was ruim, de voedselkeuze was aangenaam. Ik zou graag extra opties zien, zoals spek, gebak, lokale kakanin en warme chocolademelk. Een paar kleine details zouden ook verbeterd kunnen worden. De kamer was koud en comfortabel, maar sommige handdoeken zagen er versleten uit en het tapijt had zichtbare vlekken. Deze hadden geen significante invloed op ons verblijf, maar het aanpakken ervan zou de ervaring verder verbeteren. Over het algemeen was het een geweldig verjaardagsverblijf, en we zullen zeker terugkeren om de fitnessruimte en het zwembad uit te proberen. Bedankt dat jullie mijn viering onvergetelijk hebben gemaakt! ✨🤍

T'was such an amazing and unforgettable stay at this Hotel. The whole family enjoyed their full amenities and all the staffs are very friendly and accommodating all throughout our stay. We had the Aqua Family Room and it was so relaxing and mesmerizing seeing fishes in their aquarium wall. All the toiletries are well-served and the room service was great too. What's also best in our stay is that we got the free aqua park passes on our first day, and the fish spa is super nice experience too. I might say that this hotel is Highly recommended to stay here for your next travel.

fantastic experience...never seen such a wide variety of food for breakfast...it was not only a staycation, it's also a cultural and historical treat. will definitely book a staycation again with family

We had a wonderful stay at Executive Suite. The place was beautiful, comfortable, although the living room area could benefit from additional lighting. We also used the space to host my friend’s bridal shower, and they all loved the place. One area for improvement also would be the breakfast buffet. The food was just average and nothing particularly special. Considering the hotel is conveniently located beside a mall with many dining options, I don’t think it’s worth waking up early just for the buffet. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the Executive Suite for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel is perfect if you have business in Manila and you need somewhere to stay that is accessible and decent for the price point. Staff is great, room is impeccably clean, and everything in the room is functional. One downside is that during the rainy season, the entrance to the hotel gets flooded and it takes a while to subside. It makes entering the hotel a bit difficult. This needs improvement though it’s probably the LGU that’s responsible for fixing the drainage in the street. Will def stay here again if I have business in Manila.
