I chose this service because other sites seemed complicated, requiring follow-up calls or pickup confirmations. Location: I stayed at the Crowne Plaza, so I was picked up by bus and taken to the port. The boat ride is only 30 minutes, which is great for those worried about seasickness. Experience: The ocean is beautiful, but there aren't many fish right near the shore, so it's more about the fun of searching for them. The food is also delicious. The portions are quite large for Japanese people, so I decided what to order by looking at what others had. The fish and chips were tasty. The coconut juice was sold out, which gives me something to look forward to next time. Facilities: Towels, showers, and free beach beds are available. All the necessary equipment for fins and snorkeling is also provided. The shower water pressure is weak, and there aren't many showers, so it's best to think of them as just for rinsing off seawater. Safety: There are quite a few pieces of coral on parts of the beach, and it's impossible to go into the ocean barefoot. Water shoes are highly recommended to avoid injury. Instructors: The local staff are incredibly cheerful and kind. That alone is very comforting. Highly recommended.

I went to a floating restaurant. It's best to get off the boat early to secure a good spot. You'll disembark from the boarding gate. Once you see Cloud 9, head towards the exit! The weather was great, and I enjoyed relaxing with pizza and drinks. I had a $60 credit, but I couldn't use it all on just food and drinks, so I bought a T-shirt. They didn't have my size, so I ended up with a 3XL. It seems it's better to buy things early. The ocean was beautiful, but the current was quite strong, making swimming tiring.

overall I highly recommend this trip as the itinerary is so convenient for those who even only has 1 day in Nadi

Wow! What an experience! Long day, but the crew brings the energy. Huge shoutout to Bale especially for being such a gracious and kind host! Snorkeling was next level and the private island was wild. Bula and vinaka!

this was a great experience for the whole family! We got to see behind the scenes of what goes on in each area at Kula Wild Adventure Park and got to touch/hold animals such as hawksbill turtles, iguanas and snakes. The only things deterring me from giving 5 stars is that it there was a misunderstanding with the tickets as each adult ticket said that children are to be accompanied by a paying adult, and there were 2 of us adults, so the ticket seemed to indicate that 1 kid was included with each adult ticket. So be warned that it does not. I was charged kids’ entrance ticket when we got there then they made an error and asked me to come back again as they charged me incorrectly and needed more as it was a private tour. Overall, great tour and one that our kids won’t be forgetting anytime soon.

The experience was magical. The island staff were nice and the night sky was wild. The emcee and dancers did their best and it was amazing to see. Bula and vinaka!

Het was ongelooflijk! Het was de beste ervaring die ik ooit in mijn leven heb gehad, het personeel was zo vriendelijk en leuk, we voelden ons de hele tijd heel veilig en geborgen.

We accidentally missed the ship, and the company was kind enough to offer a reschedule. Such a perfect way to end the Fijian trip! The sunset was next level beautiful and the crew gave their hearts to us. Happy to be part of the family! Vinaka vikalevu! Until next time!

Whilst the interior and stage is not the most complex, the performers friendliness, professionalism and passion really comes through. It was a great performance and a truly enjoyable time.

Dit was de meest memorabele ervaring van onze reis 🌸 Het personeel op het eiland was ongelooflijk vriendelijk — ze vertelden ons waar het veilig was om te zwemmen, en zelfs ik, die nauwelijks kan zwemmen, kon er met een gerust hart van genieten. De bananenboottocht (extra kosten) was zo leuk! Zelfs 15 minuten was genoeg om helemaal rond Castaway Island te gaan — het was spannend en absoluut de moeite waard. Een echte aanrader! Als je de film Cast Away hebt gezien, kun je ook een foto maken met de beroemde bal! (Blijkbaar is de eigenlijke filmlocatie een nabijgelegen kleiner eiland — dat vertelde het personeel ons.) We hadden niet veel verwacht van de lunch, maar die was eigenlijk best goed 🍔 Mensen op Fiji zijn erg vriendelijk tegen toeristen, en ik denk dat zowel stellen als gezinnen zich hier veilig kunnen voelen en een geweldige tijd kunnen hebben.
