Thanks to you, I took so many fun and pretty pictures! I'm a Korean in my 20s who stayed 3 nights each in Beijing and Tianjin. I don't know any Chinese characters or Chinese at all, and like everyone else, I only know how to say "Ni hao" and "Xie xie." My English is only enough for basic communication, and I can't use sentences properly. But after making a reservation, I sent a friend request to the WeChat number listed, and the owner? answered in English. When I asked questions in English about changing the time, the location of the building, and period clothing, they answered in both English and Chinese. Chinese was automatically translated within the WeChat chat, so there were no problems communicating at all. The wangfu century building has two entrances, one at the entrance (straight path) and one around a curve, and when I went into the first entrance I saw, it went down...?? With all sorts of solicitations 😂 I hurriedly asked on WeChat, and they quickly told me it was the wrong place, so I left the building and entered through the entrance around the curve. When I went inside and explained that I had a reservation, the staff got up. That staff member seemed to only know how to say "Okay" and Chinese, so I used Papago for all communication~! But they were still very kind even with translated communication! And they're a huge makeup expert. It was a female staff member with slightly ash brown? hair, and she was really careful, but her touch was skillful and I really liked it. (I said I put on sunscreen with a translator and she said okay) (+I asked for it to be very fancy and she said okay) They really did a great job without making me feel uncomfortable at all... a hidden master of makeup,, And she showed me things like ribbons and asked if I wanted them, and when I translated that I wanted the original (when I changed it back to Chinese, it became "I want vintage") she said okay okay, and once she put on the wig ornament, it wasn't my face anymore. A new face was created (for real), and she created an unbelievable new face that looked pretty even in unedited iPhone photos. I was 100% extremely satisfied. My Summer Palace & Beijing traditional costume photos came out perfectly thanks to this staff member. (My older sister took the photos with her iPhone without the photo shoot option, and the photo concept was a spoiled princess at the end of the Qing Dynasty)

Onze gids Claire was zeer deskundig en legde de geschiedenis van het Tiananmenplein en de Verboden Stad zeer goed uit. Ze is erg vriendelijk en bood aan om ons te helpen met het maken van familiefoto's. Ze heeft ook goede eetgelegenheden aanbevolen voor de lunch na de tour.

I joined the Mutianyu Great Wall + Summer Palace tour with Yoyo, and it was a very smooth and well-organised experience. Yoyo was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing useful information throughout the trip. The schedule was well paced, the transportation was comfortable, and both sites were beautiful. I appreciate Yoyo’s guidance and would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing.

Our tour guide, Mike, was very enthusiastic, friendly, and professional from the beginning to the end of the trip. His attitude was really great; he was humorous and funny without being too informal, making the whole trip relaxed and organized. Mike's explanation of the history of the Great Wall was very clear and vivid. Even though I'm not a history buff, I became interested in the history of the Great Wall of China because of his explanation. He told stories in a simple and easy-to-understand way, making them easy to listen to and remember. I was also very surprised that a Chinese tour guide could speak English so fluently, naturally, and confidently, with no communication barriers with foreign tourists. What impressed me the most was his attentive care for the tourists. He always paid attention to every member of the group, especially the children and the elderly, ensuring everyone's safety and comfort. He was very responsible and made people feel at ease. It was cold when we went up the mountain, so I recommend everyone wear more warm clothes. There are also fast food restaurants such as Burger King and Pizza Hut nearby, so if you are not used to Asian food, you don't have to worry at all. The whole itinerary was arranged very smoothly, and we also received free snacks and refreshments, which was really thoughtful. The overall experience exceeded expectations and was very satisfactory. I will definitely bring friends to use MUBUS's service again in the future, and I sincerely hope to meet tour guide Mike again next time!

We hadden een probleempje bij het Guomao metrostation om het F-uitgang verzamelpunt te vinden. Uiteindelijk hebben we een DiDi genomen om de groep op een ander ontmoetingspunt in te halen. Het was een relaxte tour toen we eenmaal in Gubei Town waren. We wandelden door de stad, klommen naar de Gubei Kerk om de zonsondergang te zien en wandelden 's avonds over de Simitai Chinese Muur. Het uitzicht was spectaculair. Het eindigde met een drone-presentatie.

A real shout-out to our bilingual tour guide today: Christina CheChe, not only professional but also super dedicated 👍. She arranged the pickup driver perfectly the day before the trip and gave different tour suggestions to group members from all over the world along the way. From the Mutianyu Great Wall in the morning to the Summer Palace in the afternoon, no matter how many people were in the group, she would explain the historical allusions in detail and share interesting stories at each attraction, which was refreshing. Especially at sunset 🌅, she led us to check in at the Summer Palace's most beautiful Sunset 📸 right on time. In such a cold winter, she explained while rushing along, panting the whole way, just to make sure everyone could capture precious images. I was really touched 😘 to have met such a great guide, how lucky 💖!
