had echt een super geweldige ervaring, ook de eerste keer om een complete sneeuwbui mee te maken, de reisleider was zo enthousiast en zat vol verhalen

De tour was goed georganiseerd, de gids was ervaren en vriendelijk, ze haalden ons op tijd op en we bezochten veel plaatsen in Vancouver op één dag. Het bezoek aan de besneeuwde bergen was een hoogtepunt.

We were able to efficiently tour the admired Butchart Gardens and the city of Victoria, with plenty of free time on site. The time spent on the ferry was also fulfilling, and we were very satisfied being able to enjoy meals on our own. The bus was also clean. However, I thought it would have been reassuring if a photo of the bus had been provided beforehand for pickup, as there are many buses picking up near the Hyatt, which caused a bit of confusion. Nevertheless, we were picked up successfully and had an enjoyable trip.

The tour guide Ken was very nice and professional. He gave us a lot of interesting facts on the different locations we visited during our day trip. Highly recommended.

The overall experience was pretty good, but due to traffic, the pickup was delayed by over half an hour, which made me panic and wonder if I had been forgotten. Fortunately, I immediately contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly. The tour guide was also very dedicated in their explanations, even though they had to multitask by driving and explaining at the same time. The weather wasn't great, with some rain, but for them, it's a normal occurrence. The boat experience was very unique; the entire vehicle drove onto the boat to cross to Victoria Harbour. Additionally, Butchart Gardens was beautiful, but I believe it would be even better during peak blooming season!

So totally worth it! The crew were very knowledgeable and professional. They really took efforts to explain about the whales we were trying to sight and when we do sight the whales, they took efforts to get us the best viewing angles. We got to see Orcas, humpbacks, sea lions and seals.

Na de cruise hebben we Flyover ervaren, dat in hetzelfde gebouw als de cruiseterminal zit. Boeken via Klook was een derde goedkoper dan ter plaatse een kaartje kopen en je kon de tijd online reserveren. Ik was een uur te vroeg, maar ze hebben de tijd ter plekke aangepast en ik kon mijn bagage opslaan. De hele Flyover duurt iets meer dan twintig minuten en is erg interessant, vergelijkbaar met een 5D-film in Universal Studios. Je kunt er een beetje duizelig van worden, maar de ervaring is nog steeds erg goed.
