Gemakkelijk te gebruiken, geen ticketcontroleur op het KTX-station. Je hoeft alleen maar je treinplatform te vinden op de digitale borden wanneer je daar aankomt om erachter te komen naar welk platform je moet gaan om op de trein te stappen. Meestal verschijnt dit pas 10-15 minuten voor de vertrektijd van de trein. Het KTX-stationspersoneel bevestigde dat we de trein mochten betreden met de voucher die Klook stuurt met onze stoelen van de KTX-website, aangezien we onze buitenlandse creditcards niet konden gebruiken op de officiële KTX-site.

Reizen van Seoul naar Busan en vice versa was uiterst gemakkelijk met deze boeking! We hebben ook minstens Php1.000 bespaard met de saver promo. De stoelreservering verliep ook soepel! Het was een opluchting dat we de stoelen hadden gereserveerd, want de trein zat vol. We zullen dit zeker nog eens boeken als we naar Busan gaan.

This was an amazing experience! Although the staff was small, everyone worked very hard. The ship's facilities were also very new and the ocean views were beautiful. The only downside was that we arrived at Osaka Port too quickly, and I didn't get to enjoy many of the wonderful amenities. I would definitely ride again if I have the chance!

Het was een geweldige ervaring. Hoewel de chauffeur bijna geen Engels sprak, gebruikte hij een vertaal-app voor eenvoudige berichten aan ons, en het beste was Chuck als onze online ondersteuning.

Location is great. Right in front of the beach. Many restaurants around. There's a 24/7 convenience store, cafe, karaoke, and restaurant in the hotel. Hotel breakfast food options is not so great but it's manageable. Their hotel is also pet friendly so a plus for those who have pets. Tho, they don't have an in-room phone, so if you need to call the front desk you will need to call them thru your own phone which can be bothersome for tourists that don't have a sim card.

I booked a regular double room at the last minute, and it was on a lower floor with a large window overlooking the city view of Seomyeon Station. The overall wooden decor felt a bit dated, but it was still a clean and elegant hotel design, and I didn't notice any dirt or grime. The complimentary tea and coffee were simple, and there were shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but I don't remember seeing a toothbrush. The bed was also quite soft and comfortable to sleep on. You can drop off luggage early or leave it at the hotel after checkout. The front desk staff speaks English very well.
