Hotels in Chiayi

The accommodation was great, located in Chiayi City. The room had a bathtub and a separate wet/dry area, which was very nice. However, the cleaning staff always wore headphones when they came, and it seemed like I had to repeat things several times for them to hear me. When we left, they left a rag on our table, and I wasn't sure what it was for. I hope they can pay more attention next time.

The hotel has a wealth of facilities, so kids will never be bored! First, they can play in the game room, then ride the carousel, play in the sand, and throw balls on the lawn. Back in the room, there's even a slide to keep the fun going. Before checking out, we also rode the mini train, creating wonderful memories.

Located in an alley next to the night market, it offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. There's a Watsons right at the alley's entrance, which is quite convenient. The room was clean, but the hallway air conditioning wasn't very strong, making it a bit stuffy (in late May). The self-service breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but it was very good, with even two hot dishes and hot soup for the Chinese options. There are no staff members at night, but there is security. Water dispensers are available on the first and third floors, and bottled water is also provided in the rooms. The bathroom does not have a separate wet and dry area, so caution is advised when using it. Being close to the night market has its pros and cons; it's very easy to find food, but during the day, Cultural Road inevitably has various smells. This accommodation is suitable for travelers seeking a simple, clean, and quiet stay, and it's quite comfortable for solo travelers.

After booking, we informed the hotel that a birthday celebrant would be staying that month. The front desk arranged for a 4-inch cake to be placed in the room's refrigerator, which was a pleasant surprise upon check-in. The gym, afternoon tea, and breakfast were all excellent; breakfast was much better than expected. A 4-star hotel certainly doesn't disappoint. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Chiayi.

I've stayed here twice now, and both times have been great. The rooms are clean inside and out, and having the night market right next door is the best part. Plus, there's the amazing rice noodle soup across the street, and the dog at the dessert shop next door!

Naast een badkuip, perfect om te ontspannen na een dag vol activiteiten, was er ook een capsule-koffiezetapparaat aanwezig, zodat koffieliefhebbers op elk moment van een aromatische warme drank konden genieten. Het hotel toont ook aandacht voor het milieu, met glazen waterflessen in de kamer die bij de waterdispenser op de gang kunnen worden bijgevuld. Wat nog specialer is, is dat er op elke verdieping een bruiswaterautomaat staat, wat zeer attent is voor gasten die gewend zijn aan bruiswater en de toewijding van het hotel aan gedetailleerde service benadrukt. Hoewel sommige openbare faciliteiten en decoraties tekenen van ouderdom vertonen en niet de meest moderne designstijl vertegenwoordigen, is de algehele staat van onderhoud goed. De netheid van de omgeving en de werking van de apparatuur zijn geruststellend. In plaats van te streven naar weelderige nieuwigheid, richt het hotel zich duidelijk op de daadwerkelijke kwaliteit van het verblijf en een comfortabele ervaring. Bovendien is een van de grootste voordelen van het hotel de locatie. Het is zeer gunstig gelegen voor het bereiken van het commerciële centrum van Chiayi, gebieden met lokale delicatessen, of een avondwandeling naar de avondmarkt, wat aanzienlijk veel reistijd bespaart. Over het algemeen biedt het Maison de Chine Hotel een combinatie van comfortabele ruimte, complete faciliteiten en een uitstekende locatie, en bereikt het een goede balans tussen prijs en verblijfskwaliteit. Het is een accommodatie in Chiayi die zeker een herhaalbezoek waard is.

The unit price is high, but the room is very spacious. Although the reservation stated two single beds, we actually got a room with two double beds (?). The soundproofing in the hallway isn't great, so you can hear noise from the hallway in the room, but you're unlikely to be disturbed by the room next door. Parking spaces at the entrance require an additional fee; they are not free. The room has a Panasonic hairdryer, which is excellent.

Stayed here because I wanted to stay close to train station opposite the hotel. The rooms are good and comfy was really good. What I would expect of hotel !
