Lanzhou

This was a small group tour using an SUV. The driver picked me up from my hotel and dropped me off at the hotel after the tour. The kind driver drove carefully and even helped with taking photos during the tour. The itinerary was well-planned, and I saw and experienced a lot. It was even more helpful that my travel companion assisted with communication in English. I'd like to thank them as well. The travel agency also managed the tour schedule kindly and appropriately. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful trip.

This trip was very good. Both places were beautiful. The driver was skillful, careful, and very good company. It was a long day but we saw two spectacular and different landscapes that showcase the diversity of China

Driver followed our planned itinerary and brought us to clean rest stops throughout the trip. However, the journey was extremely tiring with long driving hours every day. The driver appeared to be unwell and was coughing throughout the trip, which affected the overall experience. We were also dropped at the wrong hotel on the last day and had to contact the driver to return and pick us up. Overall, the trip was completed as planned but the experience could have been better organised.

Wat een geluk dat we meester Zhang ontmoet hebben tijdens deze reis door de Hexi Corridor! Allereerst moet ik zijn rijvaardigheid prijzen; of het nu op de snelweg was of op ingewikkelde trajecten, hij reed altijd uitzonderlijk soepel, waardoor we ons veilig en comfortabel voelden in de auto. Hij is buitengewoon geduldig en attent, en gaf niet alleen uitleg over de geschiedenis en cultuur langs de route, waardoor het landschap buiten het raam meer werd dan alleen een uitzicht, maar wat nog belangrijker is, hij paste de reisroute flexibel aan op basis van onze tijd en energie. Zo zorgde hij ervoor dat we alle hoogtepunten zagen zonder dat we ons te moe voelden. We hebben zowel de pracht van de Danxia-bergen in alle kleuren gezien als de diepgang van historische overblijfselen ervaren. De hele reis was ontspannen en plezierig. Ik raad hem ten zeerste aan aan iedereen die naar het noordwesten wil reizen! Gids Zhang, je verdient een extra kippenpoot!

The front desk and room managers were very welcoming and accommodating, helping us switch to a non-smoking room when we requested it. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the bed was very good for sleeping. The restaurant was decent, and the menu changed daily. The only minor drawback, in my opinion, was that the swimming pool was too crowded, making it impossible to swim and relax.

The hotel restaurant is on the 52nd floor and offers stunning city views. Louis, who checked us in at the front desk, was very friendly and kind, making our stay much more pleasant. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The only downside was that the pool was under renovation, so we missed the chance to experience it.
