Dingen om te doen in Gyeonggi-do

Ik vond vooral de DMZ-tour geweldig, zeker een aanrader als je fan bent van de tv-serie 'Crash Landing on You'. Ook een pluim voor onze gids van Seoul City Tour, Grace, want ze was erg informatief en vriendelijk. Heel erg bedankt!

The Eobi Ice Valley is beautiful with its frozen waterfall. The highlight of this trip is Alpaca World seeing them in person and giving them food was the best experience. They are really really cute and aside from that you can see other animals and the area is big with a beautiful mountain view. Last but not the least Nami Island. I know all of us already knew Nami Island is but the island offers different view when season changes. It would be really nice to see Nami if its snowing but still we enjoy the place. Thanks to our tour guide Branden for the unforgettable experience. That was really fun! ☺️

Ik had een geweldige ervaring met mijn vrienden in Alpaca World, Nami Island en Eobi Ice Valley! We gingen op 10 januari 2026 en konden op alle locaties sneeuw zien! Onze gids, Jordan, was ongelooflijk behulpzaam, vriendelijk en attent. Hij deelde fascinerende inzichten over de geschiedenis, cultuur en populaire gerechten van Zuid-Korea, waardoor iedereen enthousiast en betrokken bleef van onze vroege start om 7 uur 's ochtends tot het einde van de dag om 20.00 uur. Hij sprak ook vloeiend Mandarijn, Koreaans en Engels en vertaalde alles perfect in alle talen! Zelfs toen mijn vriendin zich extreem misselijk voelde tijdens de busreis, deed Jordan er alles aan om een alternatieve vervoersroute voor haar te vinden. Ik ben zo dankbaar voor zijn begeleiding en steun tijdens de reis - hij heeft mijn vrienden en mij echt geholpen om langdurige herinneringen te creëren! Ik zou deze route 10/10 aanbevelen en raad ten zeerste aan om Jordan als je gids aan te vragen!

We went to the Henan branch because AQUAFIELD Henan has SMOB Sports Monster. After the teenagers played at Sports Monster for three hours, our family went to the Korean spa together. It was our first time at a Korean spa, so it was very new to us. When we were at a loss, the staff explained everything very kindly, which helped us not to panic. The facilities in the Korean spa were great and the place was large, including various different sauna rooms, as well as baths, foot baths, and of course, shower rooms. The shoe and locker space arrangements were also very good. After purchasing the ticket, we immediately received a voucher and could enter by scanning the QR code at the entrance. The ticket had a number on it, which was the number for the locker and shoe cabinet. The locker key was like a charge card, and all consumption in the Korean spa (eating, massage chairs, playing arcade games) could be charged to the key fob. You have to pay before leaving in order to retrieve your shoes from the shoe cabinet.

Park and Anthony were amazing instrutors! Kudos to Anthony for being so patient with me while learning ski. Ur da best! The whole experience was awesome and unforgetable. I would book again the next time I’m in Korea. 🤍

seoulland was a great place and worthwhile to visit. it is winter and not busy at all which we dont mind...some rides were closed which was a shame. definitely will come again when we come back next time.

Ik was erg enthousiast om deel te nemen aan deze DMZ-tour, omdat deze al sinds de middelbare school op mijn bucketlist stond. Leren hoe ideologie een natie - en zelfs broers en zussen - kan scheiden, is diep pijnlijk maar ongelooflijk onthullend. Miljoenen levens zijn getroffen door deze scheiding. Midden in de aanhoudende spanningen tussen de DPRK en de ROK konden we verschillende vormen van propaganda zien, zoals het dorp, de wedstrijd om de hoogste vlaggenmast te bouwen en uitzichten op de Kaesong Speciale Economische Zone. Het was ook interessant om te leren dat er nu mensen rond de DMZ wonen en biologische producten verbouwen in het gebied. Onze gids, Kelly, was erg behulpzaam en deskundig. Ze legde de historische en politieke context duidelijk uit, wat elke plaats die we bezochten veel betekenisvoller maakte. Ik nam mijn 7-jarige dochter mee en ze was de hele reis oprecht geïnteresseerd. Een belangrijke opmerking: deze tour omvat meer dan 15.000 stappen, dus zorg ervoor dat je goed voorbereid bent en comfortabele schoenen draagt. Sterk aanbevolen!

Thank you for rescheduling my avtivity to today! We had a wonderful time on today’s tour. My husband and I really enjoyed the experience, and our tour guide Jesse was very helpful and friendly throughout. He recommended a delicious seaweed snack that we loved, and the restaurant he suggested was Muslim-friendly, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend this tour.
