The hotel's location is excellent. If you arrive in Granada by train or long-distance bus, you can take a bus directly to the hotel. After getting off the bus, it's only a 3-4 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Service: All the staff are friendly.
Location: Inconvenient as you have to transfer public transportation to get to the Alhambra Palace.

Hotel Location: Super convenient, right in the bustling downtown area. It's 200 meters to the main cathedral and about the same distance to the bus stop for the Alhambra Palace. Eating, drinking, shopping, and sightseeing are all very close.
Breakfast: The taste is okay, but all the basic types are available. And if you want to go to the Alhambra Palace early and explore for at least half a day, having breakfast included in your accommodation is really more convenient. Plus, the room rate and the price including breakfast are very affordable, highly recommended!
Cleanliness: The room door is opened with a key, which shows it has a lot of history, but the overall maintenance is very good, clean, tidy, and comfortable! Even the single rooms aren't too cramped.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and accomodating. 3 hours might feel like a lot of time but it is necessary to learn the history behind the Alhambra in addition to seeing all of the main attractions within.

it takes 25-35 minutes for train to show up at each spot. ride is bumpy. audio guide quality is average. Could have covered more areas

Het Alhambra bezoeken was mijn levenslange droom (Roman), maar vanwege mijn werk kreeg ik zelden de kans om het Alhambra te zien. Maar toen deed de kans zich voor. In januari, het regenseizoen en laagseizoen in Granada... Deze Alhambra/Albaicín-rondleiding via Klook was zeer succesvol. Deze tour is in het Engels en bestaat uit 2 aparte tours: 1. Alhambra 2. Albaicín. Beide gidsen deden hun best om te begeleiden en mijn droom succesvol te verwezenlijken. Het Alhambra was onbeschrijfelijk mooi. En de Albaicín-tour zal die schoonheid verdubbelen.

I was only notified of the meeting location change on the day of the trip, thankfully it wasn't far, and I ran all the way there. The tour guide was a local, very enthusiastic and friendly, but didn't provide headsets, so it was a bit difficult to hear the explanations along the way. The route was easy, passing by the Nicolas viewpoint and other nice viewpoints. Not too crowded, and the night view was beautiful. Just sharing this for reference.

We hadden een geweldige ervaring met onze gids Michael, die erg vriendelijk en goed geïnformeerd was over de verschillende locaties en de achterliggende geschiedenis. De grootte van de reisgroep was precies goed en de ervaring was buitengewoon goed. Zou het ten zeerste aanbevelen.
