De Lobby in The Peninsula Bangkok

Services of The Peninsula is always exceptional. Having Festive Afternoon Tea set at the Lobby which was very private with the spectacular view of Chao Praya River. The taste of Afternoon Tea set was very good.

service was excellent, place is beautiful. free flow of tea. took a gluten free set. most of the finger food was great, but the scones were not baked completely and had a bit of underbaked middle. other than that, great experience with live piano music.

格式のあるホテルなので、とても楽しみにしていました。いくつかある紅茶メニューからひとつ選ぶのですが、2人でうかがったので違う紅茶を選び飲み比べをしようと伝えたら、出来ないとのこと。少し飲むとすぐに給仕してくださるのですが、なみなみに入れられ、温かい紅茶を飲みたいのに冷めたところに一杯入れられるのでずっと冷めた紅茶を飲むことに‥自分達のタイミングで温かい紅茶を飲みたかったです。後ろで待ち構えてられるのも落ち着かなかった。料理はどれも可愛いうえに美味しく、ひとつひとつが小さいのでぺろりかなと思いきや、結構お腹が一杯になりました。

Loved the atmosphere and the service but that’s all. The food was mediocre. Nothing amazing. Probably wouldn’t come back. The redemption was easy and smooth.

The scones were amazingly good. The assorted finger sandwiches were ordinary but the pastries were excellent!

Peninsula Hotel Bangkok maintains high quality of food, provides good services and let customers totally relax in the Lobby. Free refills of coffee & tea make us stay the whole afternoon happily with live piano music. Price is super good for value. Afternoon tea at the Lobby of Peninsula Hotel Bangkok is a must for every tourist.

The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful and professional. On the day I went to the restaurant, there was an opera performance. It was very very good and I enjoyed the time there!

A great experience that I had ever got in BKK, I will visit again when I visited Bkk next time.
