Very good as they were able to accommodate our request for change in pick up time since we were worried that it would take a long time to exit the concert. There was a little bit of confusion on the pick up location but it was mayhem with the amount of concert go-ers also trying to find their own transport around the same place. Because of the extra stop in hongdae (which the driver missed and had to circle back round), it was slightly worrying for the people who had soundcheck tickets but we made it in the end with time to spare. Eric, the organiser and person who came with us on the bus, was funny and made it more enjoyable.
