• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity starts
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has expired.
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 20 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
