I like the convenience of having laundry machine inside the room. The hotel is quiet and room is of good size and clean. There’s also kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave and toaster. Great for a family. The location is excellent, just a few steps to train stations around various dining and shopping centres. We had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing stay! We had a family room, which was very spacious and included in-room laundry. Very convenient location close to subway entrance, and walking distance to Sensō-ji Temple!

Clean, nice, spacious room. A small kitchenette with full size dining table and a separate sleeping/eating area. Just fine for 3-4 people, but no more. There’s a few great restaurants within walking distance.

We were traveling with 6 people and it was hard to find a room for us with reasonable price. Koko hotel was just right fit for us. The location was great. There is seven eleven right there and we probably went at least once a day. The room was so roomy and kitchen, big fridge, microwave, oven toaster and kitchen table!!!!! It was like home! And the bonus was there is laundry machine in the room!! Seriously there is nothing to complain about. I loved Koko hotel and I highly recommend this place!

Spacious for a hotel in Japan and had a bunk bed for our two kids, and two separate beds for the adults. Very small counter space in the washroom vanity but had plenty of room for luggage and a table with chairs in the middle of the space. Had a nice little amenity bar on the reception floor including facial oil packets, cleanser, toner, face lotion. Also mouthwash , razors, body sponges, teas and coffee, and toothbrushes. There was a water machine and coffee and tea pods available in the reception as well. This was more of an apartment type hotel and nothing really else onsite. One vending machine. Location was less than 5 min walk to the Tamarawachi station which was our main bin for travel out to Harakuju, Shibuya, etc. and across the street was a nice affordable breakfast place, Komeda coffee. Also close to a 7-11. You are paying for the number of beds and room space vs amenities. Was a nice place as a base for 5 nights but would look good something more affordable with more to offer.
