Restaurants meals are not good enough. Average and forgettable.

Room and bed were alright. Check in was self done. Staff barely acknowledged us. We were put on the ground floor which was close to a function room that had a live band playing. We were not told about this or given an option if we didn’t want to be near the room. When I went to ask about it I was ignored by the bar staff for about 5 minutes until I butted in. There was no one on reception. I was told the band was playing till 10 but they would ask them to turn it down. The noise level didn’t change and the band kept going until after 10. Lady on reception at check out was on her phone and was abrupt. Quite disappointing considering we’ve stayed before and it’s been good.

Convenient location

The room and facilities are very good. They dont take cash, which is annoying. The $33 breakfast left a lot to be desired. The bacon was overcooked and cold. The machine coffee was tiny. I ended up paying another $6 for a real one at the front counter. There is a drive in theatre next door which makes it horrible trying to get back into the carpark at night and on weekends they have markets.

Great rooms. Very clean. Breakfast is a great selection. Reception staff always friendly.

Cannot fault our stay! Small hotel but not to be underestimated! Great staff and facilities for children. The popcorn was a hit! See you next year!

Clean rooms. Staff very helpful & polite. So close to M4 motorway. The the way the hotel is furnished is unreal. Close to Raging Waters water park. 10mins to Blacktown CBD. I will return

Efficient check in and check out

The staff where exceptional.

The first room was well set up and clean But by adding another night & necessary room change comparatively the second room was not as clean or stocked with complimentary products or even clean glasses The overall experience of the Blacktown Ature was good - handy location but felt harassed and uncomfortable by being put on the spot several times - including phone call whilst out about payment that had clearly come through from my account but not showing on your system( clearly money was being held by third party booking party) I was considering extending a second night … but was being made to feel I had done something wrong. It was very difficult to find someone working that could resolve the issue. This left us with a feeling of discomfort & hesitant to recommend to others
