We had an amazing experience on this snow tour! Everything was well organized, and the meeting point was easy to find. The guide was friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the snow, take photos, and try different activities. Transportation was comfortable, and the whole day went smoothly from start to finish. This tour is perfect for first-time visitors who want to experience snow without the hassle of planning transportation or renting equipment on their own. We made wonderful memories and would definitely book another tour with Klook in the future. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute dream trip to the Snowy Mountains! I have been to the Snowy Mountains before, but this experience was so much better! We departed late at night on July 11, 2026, and the weather turned out to be wild and exciting. I was even checking out the live cam from the Snowy Mountains beforehand to track the snow! There was a huge dumping of fresh snow compared to the previous days, and we even experienced an incredible blizzard! During my first trip here, I wasn’t able to roam around at all, but this time we were able to explore so much more. Our tour guide was so sweet & nice! We were dropped off at Smiggin Holes, where we first headed inside to grab some coffee and breakfast - the food there was seriously good! Afterward, we made great use of the free shuttle to easily get all around the Snowy Mountains. Having the freedom to look around coupled with the fresh powder made this trip unforgettable. I am so glad I gave this destination another chance!

its an awesome experience, they pickup from sydney, i was kinda late like 2mins past 6am but the driver waited and was nice about it. smooth travel to wollongong in the morning. when we reached Skydive Australia, everyone was nice and organized. we were just called 1 by 1. the go pro package is availed there and subject to availability. Danny, my tandem partner was chill and awesome. his confidence helped ease my tension. the jump was epic and cannot be described by words.

If you can only do ONE thing in Sydney that’s worth every penny and memories that last a lifetime, this is it! We are a family of 4 with two teens and I’ve never seen both my kids smile genuinely in pictures 😁😂. our tour guide Eloisa was energetic and we can tell she loves her job! Highly recommend it especially the night climb! we went up during sunset and came down at night.

Food was average but the crew made up for it. The explanation provided by the commentator was great and kudos to the crew that we saw dolphins and many sightings of humpback whales. Thanks! ☺️

Although the pickup time was early, the shuttle was easy to find, and the driver was very friendly and enthusiastic even in the early morning. After everyone had gathered, the driver informed us of the estimated return time based on the number of participants. There was a rest stop halfway through the journey where we could use the restroom. Upon arrival, staff called out names, weighed us, and confirmed if we wanted to purchase the photo and video package. Afterward, we waited in an open area for our instructor to meet us. The instructor helped us put on our gear and taught us what actions to perform. Then, our instructor recorded the entire experience for us. The weather was excellent that day, and the scenery was clearly visible. The freefall part was thrilling, and after the parachute opened, we enjoyed the local scenery from the air. Midway through, the instructor let me try controlling the parachute myself, and then we landed safely. After all participants had completed their turns, we headed back. I purchased the video and photo package, and they quickly edited the video. Overall, the experience was great and very enjoyable. I'm so glad I participated in this activity!

The reception is near the cafe Saligna, which is about 15 min walks from 95 Castle Hill Road. Equippments have to be bought separately and not included in the klook ticket.

OMG! Absolutt verdt hver eneste krone! Vi bestilte denne opplevelsen for å feire farens bursdag, og det endte opp med å bli en av de beste dagene vi har hatt i Sydney. Å komme tett på en koala var utrolig 🐨. Jeg fikk tatt bilde med en, lærte så mye om dem i løpet av dagen, og fikk deretter møte og håndmate kenguruer også 🦘. Det var så mange fantastiske australske dyr å se, inkludert en tasmansk djevel, kasuar, komodovaran, dingoer, wallabyer, flygehunder, skilpadder, frosker og til og med en massiv 500 kg saltvannskrokodille 🐊. Vi møtte også den søteste søvnige vombaten som heter Scarlett! En av tingene jeg likte best var å lære om Aussie Ark og det viktige bevaringsarbeidet de gjør for å redde truede australske arter. Maten og vinen var utrolig. Bumerangleksjonen var også så gøy 🪃 Faren min hadde en fantastisk bursdag, og vi snakker fortsatt om det. Anbefaler denne opplevelsen på det sterkeste til alle som besøker Sydney. Takk, Sean, for en så minneverdig dag!
