La piscine sur le toit a été bien pratique lors de notre visite en temps de canicule. Nous faisions les vistes de ville l’avant-midi et profitions de la piscine en après-midi. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Great location and great view from the rooftop bar

Great property centrally located near the heart of Florence. Walking to the center of Florence took about 10min. Amazing staff and the rooftop pool / bar had some of the best views in Florence. Having laundry facilities on premise at no cost was a huge bonus. Especially if you’re hitting Florence in the middle of your travels. The property feels like a boutique experience on trend with younger travelers.

I loved this place! Very cool environment from the lobby settings to the rooftop pool. A walkable distance from the train station and only a 20 minute walk from Duomo. If I ever return to Florence I will definitely be staying at the Social Hub again!

I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars. The room was spotless, the atmosphere was fun and social, and the rooftop views were beautiful. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar experience overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay. We paid €50 for the upgrade package, advertised as 2 rounds of 2 drinks. When we presented our card, the waitress insisted it covered only basic drinks (worth about €8–10), not signature cocktails, making the package nowhere near its advertised value. After showing my receipt, she reluctantly honored two basic drinks. The next morning, Chiara at the front desk was incredibly helpful and wrote a note confirming we were entitled to two rounds of two drinks from any menu. She was so kind and helpful! That evening we received our first round, but the waitress kept our card, leaving us with no proof of the second round. As a side note, the signature cocktail itself was 80% gigantic oblong ice cube, 20% drink. But when we tried to order again, she ignored us while serving other tables, and even seated couples in areas she’d told us were reserved for large parties. We felt singled out and unwelcome simply for asking for what we’d paid for. The front desk later offered a partial refund and complimentary water bottles. My advice: skip the rooftop drink package until it’s managed more consistently. It’s unfortunate that such a great hotel is let down by the rooftop bar. I don’t know if the hotel represents the bar management, but they are attached regardless…

The Social Hub Lavagnini Florence is a unique hotel with a different vibe than a traditional hotel. It caters to both working professionals and students, creating a modern, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere. Good for its price. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Florence. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar—it offers a fantastic ambiance, beautiful views, and is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. If you’re looking for something more modern and social rather than a conventional hotel experience, The Social Hub is a great choice.

This is a quirky place that houses many students and teachers who are studying or teaching abroad. Rooftop bar and small pool. Game room, decent breakfast, free laundromat in the building, and convenient to the train station. Tram line right outside the door and a restaurant and cafe within the building. I’ve stayed there twice. Friendly and helpful staff. Not right next to the historic center but easy to walk to or you can take the tram close.

I stayed here for 5 days and I didn’t have adequate AC or hot water the entire time I stayed! There were also ants in my room when I first arrived!!

I stay at the Social Club twice a year for work. It’s a good hotel with great amenities and activities. The staff is helpful and cordial. It’s an easy walk to all the touristy attractions and a short walk from the train station
