We booked a family room. The room was nice and clean. Modern and comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and I would still recommend it. Great location, staff were wonderful.

This was a very enjoyable place to stay for our last five nights in japan. No I think it was a bit of a mildew smell coming from the bathroom. We enjoyed behind the elevation and the wonderful breakfast buffet.

I accidentally booked a smoking room which could not be changed when I arrived. The entire floor 17 was for smokers so I could barely breath most of the time. For this reason my review is worse than it could be. There were no amenities like kettle or tea in room.
