Need to improve insulation, the room facing main haighway is noisy and overnight parking rate is expensive.only 2 lifts is working, waiting long time

The room was spacious. The staffs give us good advice on where to park and etc. bcos it was our 1st time staying here. The amenities were ok but have to pay for the parking.Overall good for the price we pay.

Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this place to anyone, service is poor and checked and out is difficult and you need to take initiative to find them. Zero communication from accommodation prior to check in.

The property is great value for money! Being so close to Pavillion Bukit Jalil is fantastic. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and staff were really helpful and responsive. I would return again, no doubt.
