I recently stayed at Hilton Bukit Jalil and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with great city views, and the bed was extremely comfortable which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and gym, which were well maintained. The location is convenient, especially if you are attending events nearby or visiting the Bukit Jalil area. There are also shopping malls and restaurants within a short distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Hilton Bukit Jalil to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I would happily stay here again in the future.

The person who checked us is was wonderful. Two days later i was sitting at the bar and he came to say hello and ask about my stay. That wasn't such a big deal. The fact that he used my name when he addressed me was impressive. He may have looked it up before talking to me, but the point is, the initiative was taken making the customer (me), feel noticed and seen. Very nice touch! He needs a raise@
