Not the closest to the Shinjuku station, but not too far to be inconvenient. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms were modern and bed was comfortable. Luggage scale, WiFi box and luggage storage available in the lobby.

Our experience with Apa hotel was amazing. They provided us with fresh towels daily, the ameneties and services were well maintained and convenient, and the staff were incredible.

Bed and pillows are not great but it does the job for my stay. Rooms are small. I wish there's more shelf space for us to put our stuff. Great location. Groceries store were right next door for fresh fruits.

Our stay was great! The room was small but we knew that and made best of it. The staff was super friendly and English was great. After our check out time the hotel was at 10am and our flight at 9pm and the hotel allows you to keep your bags at the hotel after checkout so we could do a bit more exploring without having to go to the airport super early. We picked up our bags around 5pm and went off to the hotel! The hotel was in a great spot and very convenient for travel.

Very helpful staff and a very clean hotel. The only drawback is due to the room being very small it is hard to store any suitcases so you can have easy access. A great hotel for short stays but not for a long stay.
