Had a wonderful stay!

Great stay at this hotel!! Beds were comfy and the AC worked!! Staff was friendly and attentive!! Always a smile 😊

Once I arrived, I was told there was a “problem” with my room and that I would be sent to another hotel. When I got to the other hotel (Hotel Eliseo), it was horrible and smelled terrible, so I refused to stay there. They then paid for a taxi to send me back to the original hotel — and somehow, my room had suddenly become available again! When I later tried to leave a review, I discovered I’m not the only person this has happened to. It seems they deliberately overbook rooms and move guests elsewhere. Stay away from this place — it feels like a complete scam.

Breakfast was very good.. we had a nice stay..

The buffet style breakfast was great. Quiet and safe neighborhood, staff was very helpful with questions about area attractions. I stayed for over a week at the hotel. It was a quaint and beautiful place. The outside perimeter was gated with beautiful setting areas. Highly recommended!

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They gave us the best locations to eat, drink, and sightsee. The rooms are very nice and the location is in a great place — quiet, safe, and a short walking distance to the Spanish Steps as well as amazing restaurants and shops. The perfect place to stay in Rome!

Hotel was beautiful and in a good area. Our room however had a strong odor similar to BO and there were hairs on our sheets.

Hotel was clean and pretty, pleasant helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice safe location of city.

Great hotel! Free parking and breakfast. Not in the middle of the craziness, but not too far to walk and enjoy the main sights.
