We booked a superior room and layout did not make sense with TV on side wall of bed- room and hotel in general very warm- lobby noisy and feel very non Japanese- everything happens in the lobby which creates a jarring experience - also, when we arrived all higher floor rooms were already given away- not pleased with the experience- except that bed was amazing including pillows- the manager was accommodating helpful and understanding - regardless, mediocre hotel- and surprised with this being a Marriott hotel - do not recommend

They were trying to give me a room with no window -they should really advertise that that is what you are paying for// definitely not a 4 star hotel looked like an aspiring youth hostel. Was not a fan

Very nice hotel. We've stayed at Moxy's before. This one is not extremely close to the bustle of Osaka, but subway and bus were convenient. Overall it was a very good stay.

Staff were very kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable - only comment being that my room did not have a window that received much light at all and this is something you should be aware of when booking.

Absolutely recommend for those with upper primary / teens. Good size rooms; pool table, foosball, darts; cozy spaces to 'get away' from each other; easy to access laundry; good food; lots of dinner options within walking distance; easy access for ubers & taxis

The staff were very kind and very helpful. the hotel is in a great location near the subway. I really enjoyed my stay here , I definitely will be coming back in the future . I highly recommend anyone to stay here , it’s the best. Again, the entire staff is awesome and will always help you … and thank you Sherry the manager , you and your staff are the best 😊😊💯💯🇯🇵
