Clean room

The Location at Asakusabashi was very convenient 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station, Akihabara is just one stop away or you can walk which takes 15 minutes. Lots of 7 Eleven stores, Family Marts and some grocery markets around the area. Eating around there is also good lots places to choose from. Front desk staff friendly and always greeting you as you come in and out and they all can understand English as well. There is amenities in the lobby that you just take when needed like toothpaste and brush packet, tea packets etc. Now the room that I reserved online with Hotel.com was a little disappointing it wasn't what I expected especially for a family of 3 what you see online is not what you will get so just beware, we had to upgrade and spend more then what was expected as we got the family room which had much more space, a kitchen sink with a microwave, kettle and undercounter refrigerator/freezer. You also need to go to the 2nd floor if you want to use a microwave if you get the other rooms. Laundry was good but they only have 2 washers/dryers and soap is included. They have a breakfast buffet in the morning for 2000 yen which was not bad but was disappointed when they were out of mackeral after just one hour of opening. Housekeeping did our beds every other day which was fine but they do give you new towels and take away the trash daily. The money exchange rate ATM was better then other places like 7 Eleven. Overall I still rate this hotel good.

I have never left a review of a hotel before but Hotel Monday was fantastic in every way. I was wanting for nothing and I look forward to staying at that chain of hotels again in the future.

For the price, I expected more as I’ve stayed in other hotels in Tokyo

This hotel was the last hotel that we stayed at. It was a good size for two people and had useful amenities. Several convenience stores were nearby which was handy. It’s important to be aware that the hotel will charge you a tax fee for staying, on top of the booking, fees and charges when booking. It would be great if this could just be paid during the time of booking.

Great location

Las camas no son muy cómodas, son duras y no se descansa bien. Lo demás de excelencia:limpieza, baños, facilidades nuevas, bien ubicado y excelente servicio en recepción.

Spacious room very nice!!!!

Clean room and decent amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality. Air conditioning was good. Was a very compact room but that was to be expected.

My family booked a room for 2 adults, a teenager and a child. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is large and everything is super clean. The access to the train is fantastic.
