You get what you pay for . Motel 6 vibes like out in the country road . This is located in the red light distract so you know what you’ll be seeing working girls in and out of the property . Rooms extremely small if you have big luggage. I would stay here if it’s your last resort or in a budget. The only thing I liked was that it was located in the main strip of all the night life.

Our stay for the first week of June was met with hesitation. Reception staff was poor, unwelcoming by two young girls who appeared disinterested. Room 415 had several walls that were poorly patched (like by unprofessionals). One wall appeared to have had a television on it, then removed, but the wall was poorly patched, no new sheetrock or professional patching or painting on it. We were very disappointed and will probably avoid using Expedia again. Later, the reception desk was manned by an older fellow and he took an interest in assisting me with obtaining change for the washing machine. The outside of the property had broken stantions, no plants where there was dirt.

The only thing this property has going for them is the location. Small rooms were to be expected being Japan. The room was old & outdated. Beds were old as well as the blankets. No room for your luggage. Bathroom was outdated as well. Needs a major facelift for sure.

el Hotel esta muy bien ubicado y mas que tiene un 7 eleven abajo por el costo lo veo super no tiene desayuno pero no hace falta, en el area hay muchos sitos donde desayunar el cuarto es pequeo pero funciona bien la cama algo dura pero se puede dormir bien.

It's a old hotel. If the purpose is just to sleep it's okay.

Laundry room did not work it took us 3 hours to dry our clothes, would’ve been better to walk to a coin laundry which only took 30 minutes than to waste the hours that we could’ve been exploring shinjuku. Rooms are small but that was expected. There were a lot of hard water stain in the shower glass that did not come off, disposable slippers would be better, did not trust the ones given to us, who knows if they’ve been clean
