The hotel is in a quiet area but still fairly accessible. The room was spacious clean & well equipped. Davide the manager was very helpful & went above & beyond to get us out of a logistical problem.

Big problem with the air conditioning. It was not on when we entered the room. My husband asked the front desk how to turn it on. We followed their instructions. We went out exploring the city for approximately 5 hours. When we returned at 10 pm our room was still hot and the air conditioning was not running. I went to the front desk for help and was told I had to wait 30 minutes. I explained we had to be at the airport at 4 am and needed to get to sleep. After arguing back and forth she did agree to check it. She walked in our room felt to see if the air was working and found out it did not work. I asked to be moved to a room that had air conditioning working. She said they not no rooms ava. I looked on the internet an found they had 5 rooms still available that night. She reluctantly agree to move us. Unfortunately the new room did not have air conditioning working either. By this time it was close to midnight. We gave up and took a cold shower and tried to get some sleep. The female staff member lied to me and didn't seem to know how to handle the situation. I asked for a supervisor and her name and was denied both.

Amazing stay, traveled with a family of 5 and booked the luxury suite there was more than enough space to accommodate a large family. The room came with a 2-4 person hot tub as well as a sauna not to mention a large indoor outdoor space to relax and enjoy those amenities. Parking was a breeze and free of charge. Location was tucked away in a safe location. Only 10-15 min from attractions, shopping and airport.

rooms are fresh and seem like they are brand new. comfy beds, nice bathroom, spacious, high ceilings, and powerful a/c. good breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Garden space is amazing. Great breakfast. Looked just like the pictures.

Breakfast was limited and no hottub room was very small and stinks but some staff are very friendly and aggressive towards me it's farther than anything else

The beds were comfy, but the building smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom appeared to have what looked like to be black mould :( the breakfast was not very appetizing. Eggs tasted weird, bacon was super super greasy and didn’t seem fully cooked. The best thing about this place was the parking included and the front desk staff who were amazing in recommending restaurants and who were so friendly!

Clean hotel close to Naples Airport. Not in the best area and a bit noisy at night.

The room and bathroom were perfect for a short stay. But the air conditioning was not working at all and despite attempts to reset something by the staff, it was very stuffy. It was nice to have breakfast and the staff were extremely nice.

Check in was great! Room was perfect. Location was nice. It was a very short walk to the strip that had bakery, fruit stand and Italian deli. We were there for one night and were hoping to grab a quick bite at the complimentary breakfast before we left. We arrived at 6:50am and staff told us we had to wait until 7am but we had the taxi waiting to take us to the airport so we did not get to enjoy the breakfast which was disappointing
