Great stay! The staff were very nice and attentive. Helpful with travel, bag shipping, taxis, and whatnot. Directly across the street from the Swallows baseball stadium. We were able to watch a bit of a game from our window. Even with the game going to extra innings, the room remained quiet.

Staff was extremely friendly. There were free amenities on site. Had to pay for breakfast tho. And I couldn't use the bath house due to my tattoos. I liked that there was an easy to use laundry room on site but I didn't like that there was no gym at the hotel.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room is nice and clean especially shower and toilet.

They staff as very welcomming and check in. Mr. King was pleasant and helpful and wore a big smile. Whenever we passed the front desk, the agent would always greet us.

Premium rooms are worth it alone for the shower and towels. Super zero cotton towels. Convenient store in entrance floor. Stadium cafe is good but pricey. Being able to stay at this hotel is best if you like baseball, it’s next to Jingu. Home of the Tokyo Yakut Swallows. Games are fun.

Lovely hotel opposite the national stadium and the home of the swallows baseball team. The onsen is excellent too and restful after a day exploring. The hotel is well located for access across Tokyo. Breakfast was great too. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great option beset to the stadium a plus

We really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in a quiet area, so it was easy to relax after spending the day exploring Tokyo. One of our favorite things was the amazing view of the stadium from our room—we were even able to watch the games while having dinner, which was such a unique experience for our family. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The hotel also feels very new and well maintained. We also loved having a FamilyMart on the ground floor and several food options nearby, making it incredibly convenient whenever we wanted a quick snack or meal. The biggest reason we chose this hotel was its advanced seismic-resistant structural design. Since we were traveling with our family, knowing the building was designed with earthquake safety in mind gave us extra peace of mind throughout our stay.
