Staff in the executive lounge did not act like hospitality professionals but behaved as if they were some elite social club allowing guest a privilege of being in their presences. Found it amusing.

The property grounds beautiful. The staff in the hotel seemed a bit arrogant; and especially on the 11th floor concierge lounge. The furniture a bit dated but clean overall. House keeping wonderful. The breakfast in the buffet on the 40th floor needs a bit of attention to food and coffee machines. Staff manning the entry were not so pleasant.

The "Executive Zen " section of the hotel is easily the best deal in Tokyo because the hotel as a whole has a great variety of facilities while the Exec Zen rooms offer deep luxury not fashionable bits and pieces

I loved the offers in the lounge and friendly services. The conditions of the room, and the quietness and reclusiveness of the dedicated floors were all satisfactory. There were many breakfast options among which I liked the Japanese restaurant which has a splendid view over the garden and falls.
