Excellent staff. Reception helpful and welcoming. The room had 2 bedrooms with a king and 2 single beds. Living space was very good. Let down by the shower. Anyone who grew up in the 80s will have flashbacks. A good sleep and a decent shower are the only things that really matter. 1 out of 2 unfortunately so only 4 stars.

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. They never stop working towards your enjoyment. From front desk, to room check in making sure we were pleased. Restaurant was really good and great shuttle service in the morning.

On-site restaurant delivered our dinner hot and ready to eat. Nicely presented and was a nice meal. The room was not clean. Two dining room chairs were soiled and stained. The shower was dirty, ( scum and dust )and a wet facecloth was hanging over the top of the shower, I suspect it was a used cloth. When we checked for the kids toys under the single beds there was rubbish and a unknown pill under one of the beds. Only one coffee sachet in the complimentary tea and coffee tray. Beds were comfortable.

The staff were friendly. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom had nice body wash and moisturizer plus a bonus it had heated floor tiles which was so good on a cold Winters night. The room was very quiet especially with it being fully booked out and our room backed on to a busy road. Very close to the airport. Everything was so clean. I couldn't fault the place. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were very helpful, parking was provided but limited. Good location, the accommodation was alittle old but clean and tidy. Airport transfers were included. Would stay again.
