This property is due for refresh. They did have a bed set up for our son as requested. However it fell apart. We don’t know why, but one of the support boards was split a taped together. They did come look right away and fixed it but really one of the boards was already broken. The chair at the desk had a broken leg so you really couldn’t use it without it tilting. The bathroom faucet wobbled. The breakfast was not good. Watery eggs, etc. The staff were all very pleasant. But overall it was very disappointing. Certainly was overpriced.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Manfredi and would gladly stay there again. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, making it easy to explore Rome on foot. What really made the experience special was the staff—they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and a peaceful place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection of fresh and delicious options each morning. Hotel Manfredi combines an excellent location with outstanding hospitality, and it made my visit to Rome even more memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable hotel in the heart of the city.

Great location and room with AC. Breakfast was wonderful and so was the staff. We just had issues with the hot water and hair dryer not working. But it is very comfortable and I would recommend.

Nice place to stay due to closeness to many places. Front desk is a bit unusual in terms of location. You enter the hotel and it looks as if you’ve entered an abandoned kiosk until to read the sign that sends you up to third floor to check -in because there is another hotel with this location. A bit strange and not so widely identifiable. Overall extremely nice dining room staff.

Tucked away on a quiet street very close to the Spanish Steps. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very nice.
