The location was great, but the hotel room & furniture were dated, the bathroom was small, the shower didn't have a shelf for the soap, and the air-conditioning and coffee maker didn't constantly work and there was no elevator. It was definitely not at all like the beautiful picture with a balcony advertised for the more than $300 cost per night, so I would look for other options when visiting Rome again.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. I’ve never dealt with a more pleasant person during check in. Located on the fashion/high priced shops, very close to grocery stores and Leonardo da vinci museum. Uber and welcome pickups find this place easily

Situated on the same street as the steps the location in the high end shopping district is good. No on-site staff and the castle like decor and lack of amenities including balcony just wasn’t what we thought we booked.

Amazing place and very close to everything, some very good restaurants are within 5 minutes. Staff was super helpful, gave us a map and explained where everything is and how to get there. We booked a tour of the Vatican museum on our last day here and the amazing staff stored our luggage until we were finished.

The location was superb. David was so friendly. The front door lock was broken and that should have been fixed immediately but wasn't and made us feel uncomfortable being in Rome. Other than that, it was clean and good.

The property is outdated we had mold on the walls my kids became sick because of the mold. We had bugs in our room all over the floor and drapes. We left the property to find another hotel it was that bad. There is not an elevator. The patio view was of a condemned building. I didn’t ask for a refund we just left. The staff was nice.
