My second stay here on the Garden Lake side. Was a nice, clean room overlooking the courtyard. Had to pay $40 for an early check in, which was disappointing. Plus don't forget there's a resort fee. It's right next to Disney Springs, a great location.

Super friendly staff, great location for Disney parks, clean room, and hotel had all amenities needed.

The first room that was assigned to us had a strong musty smell. My wife is asthmatic and it didn’t take long for her to start feeling sick. So, we asked for a solution and even though they took care of it by switching us to a different room, it took longer than it should have. At the front desk while dealing with the situation one employee (young male) who was overhearing our conversation with another clerk was making faces as if we were being unreasonable. For a moment we considered canceling our stay in this hotel but decided to give then a chance. The only thing that attracted us to this hotel was the proximity to Disney Springs and the pool that we weren’t able to use dew to weather conditions. We feel that after all the charges and the bad experience at check in, it was way too expensive for what we received.

Location is just awesome next to Disney Springs.

Easy check in, I thought it was going to take long since the line was long but went smoothly. Beautiful pool/park & hotel. Walking distance to Disney springs.

Room was clean, love the location 10 minutes wqalking distance to disney spring.

Was surprised that valet parking was no more. Worse yet is that the outside staff doesn’t tell you that, even when you are waiting for an attendant. $30 self parking is a bit high, but it’s the area. Also, if you want a late checkout, it’s $40. Staff was friendly and efficient

I am disabled. I requested the room with a roll in shower. I was told that none was available until the next day. I did not receive a call about changing rooms. I only received a calling that they did not have a credit card on file. They didn't have a way to charge me for the incidentals.

We really enjoyed the property. My only frustration was the checking in. We had a 530 reservation at in Disney Springs and ended up being a late because a room was not ready until 5. I checked in around 330 knowing I may not get one until check in at 4 to try to get in as soon as possible but every time I went to get an update I was told housekeeping is working on it and needed a supervisor approval. I had to get pushy to finally have my room changed to get us in. Very unpleasant check in. The room we had was great but the air is stuck on 61-62. Great for me but not my wife. There is a wet spot around the thermostat that keeps the floor wet in that area. Other than that we enjoyed the property and perks for Disney.
