Took a short trip to celebrate our daughter turning 21. My husband is currently on chemo so it was a little challenging trip. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate good morning. We were leaving. My husband was not feeling well, so I was not very focused and left some clothing behind when we went home my daughter called the hotel. They called us back within a few hours saying they had everything and they would be more than happy to ship it out to us. I cannot tell you how much this made a difference in our trip since the clothes was mostly my daughters I was new which we purchased in Florida. If you’re looking for a hotel close to Disney with great staff clean had a great experience. Stay at this property.

Unfortunately, I was placed in an unusual situation in which I needed some medications to be sent to this hotel, for pick up at the front desk. I completely understand that this is a busy hotel, arguably one of Disney Springs busiest. However, I asked on three separate occasions if my medications had arrived, only to be told no three times. The box had, in fact, arrived and no one informed me from the front desk, even after I had spoken to the assistant manager about this. I was very disappointed because about the time I had realized what truly happened, I had flown back to my home state. I do want to reiterate that miscommunications happen, that we are all human, etc. However, this has left me with a tremendous headache to deal with, from working with health insurance company and the pharmacy, etc. Overall, the staff does a wonderful job there. I am just very disappointed I did not receive what I needed when I needed it. And it was probably as simple as taking a little extra time in the back storage room, from one of the front desk employees.
