The location was great, easy access to the train station and all the popular spots in Florence. We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious, however the shower was designed poorly so a lot of water leaked every time we bathed. Breakfast buffet was standard. Towels provided were extremely old/thin/raggedy and unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. Overall probably won’t stay here again but will give stars for the good location and spacious room.

Wonderful stay

This location is across from the train station, it is a budget hotel with an expensive price. The room smelt disgusting with a strong strange odor and large stains on the flooring with mold at the base of the tub and layers of dust on the ac vents. Management acknowledged the smell and offered to spray a perfume for the room but never did, we left the hotel within hours after check in because it would have been impossible to breathe comfortably with that strong smell. The hotel refused to refund. The hotel was very busy, should have done the right thing and provide a refund as they easily and likely did resale the room due to the busy tourist season in June. They “said” it was important to have a good experience but actions did not equal what they said. We stayed at a different hotel. For awareness this hotel is across from the train station. The front of the hotel has a lot of transients. The rooms have lights provided by dim lamps. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this hotel. In my opinion, this is a one or two star type hotel - at best, even without our disgusting experience and not a place safe for children too. There are plenty of other options in Florence.

Very friendly staff. Great location, close to everything.

The staff was great. We arrived very late and they were so understanding.

It located in a very good location. The breakfasts were a bit chaotic given the number of guests. But the biggest issue is the shower. It’s a shower in a both and the bath is like an ice rink with no hand rail. For someone over 60 it’s a huge risk to take a shower. Other than that great.

Very difficult to get to and park when you’re not Italian and are in a rental car. Otherwise, this was very clean with great proximity to the train station where we needed to be the next morning.

Great stay, beautiful ambiance, right across from the train station also… I loved it.

Breakfast was great and delicious we loved the service. Angelina and Mateo were great they made us cappuccino.

la habitacion tenia un olor molesto, nos quedamos solo dos noches y estabamos todo el dia recorriendo la ciudad por lo que no tenia sentido pedir el cambio. Además no tenia ducha. sino que un jacuzzi, al ducharnos parados el baño se llenaba de agua. Por último, se me quedó el adaptador de mi cargador en la habitación (enchufado en el velador), teniamos vuelo más tarde, asi que me quedé un rato en el lobby. Al consultar en recepción me indicaron que no encontraron el adaptador (12 euros me costo uno nuevo en el aeropuerto). Lo bueno es la ubicación, esta muy bien localizado en la entrada de la todas las atracciones de la florencia antigua, al lado del tranvia y la estacion de trenes. Y el desayuno era de buena calidad con harta variedad.
