The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is about 20min walk from the Termini station and about 8min walk from Manzoni metro station. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was below par and the shower handle was not mounted to wall (had a small 6' hose pipe which made it difficult for 6'5" male to shower) and no support handles to get in and out of bathtub. Breakfast was good and had adequate variety... The hotel is busy and has lots of kid school groups staying for the city visit.

I stayed there for 4 nights with my son we have enjoyed all that this hotel offered. Excellent location, great staff not just reception but kitchen and cleaning staff as well. Good breakfast and comfy beds. So many restaurants nearby to enjoy local food. One thing that I have noticed that breakfast didn’t have any hot food (omelettes or scrambled egg etc).

AWASOME Staff, the hotel is clean, breakfast dissent, close to train station and a couple of blocks away from Public Transportation, I highly recommend for your next stay in Rome.

Experience with room 100 assigned to us: Many tiles on the floor were cracked Ac was really filthy with dust Bathroom curtain with mold at the button Room is right in front of the room used for storage and right in from of stairs to other rooms with a table and some chairs in front so you could hear people talking screaming and doors open and close the whole night

The area around the hotel, specifically the street between the hotel and the terminal was dirty and at late houres seemed to be occupied by people who lived on the streets. Not a dela breaker but simething to keep in mind
