The hotel room was very spacious and clean. However the staff at the front desk were slow to answer and disinterested in helping with check in or other questions. The breakfast was decent. The rooftop space has amazing views it’s unfortunate that there wasn’t a minibar or some sort of refreshments to enjoy the view with. That being said the location was excellent if you are traveling around Italy because it’s steps away from the metro and train station.

Convenient location across one road from the railway station, and bus stops, where many tours pick-up from - we did a Pompeii and Herculaneum tour. Also Alibus 5 euro, to airport. Good breakfast buffet. Very nice roof terrace, which will have a bar, when finished. Good A/C. Mini fridge. Well sound-proofed from city noise.

Room was clean with fresh towels daily. The bathroom did have a foul odor, like the septic had backed up. Once outside the front door, it was dirty with debris all over. It was cleaned before sunrise. Heavy police and military presence. Train and subway within steps of the hotel.

This is a great hotel with great service & convenient for day tour pick up. It is by the train station so the area is busy. There are good restaurants close by and police around to help address problems typical of a big city. Naples has many diverse neighbourhoods & wonderful waterfront. I walked but I am used to big cities. Great for a short term stay.

Perfect location next to the train station for exploring Naples or catching a train to other parts of Italy. Excellent breakfast and good restaurants next to the total.
