We liked the location as it’s pretty easy to get into the center as the bus or tram are not far from hotel at all. Great amenities here. Loved the lounge and bar area.

This hotel is below average for me, considering it is a 4* and a recognised brand. The deco needs updating, together with upholstery which is old and dirty. Staff is very attentive but amenities, pool, gym and outdoor space fall below par. If you happen o be there at weekends you also have to pay for umbrellas even if you are a guest and it is a steep eur 26 per person and the pool is not even close to the lounges area. Food is terrible and breakfast is quite disappointing with scrambled eggs made from liquid eggs in cartons. We asked the staff and they confirmed. Tastes fake. Overall, I certainly would not book there again. Disappointing

This hotel was clean and acceptable however some of the front desk staff were abrupt and a little off-putting. The restaurant was booked for private events. The restaurant suggested ordering from I’m the pool bar however after waiting for 30 minutes it appeared no one was working in that area so we had to figure something else out. There isn’t any restaurants close by.

Breakfast was enjoyable but limited the same happens with the restaurant and is not opened all the time considering it is in the hotel. Airport shuttle had to be reserved there is no schedule and you have to pay a fee. My room key worked every other day no matter where I stored it. My friend had a separate room and the same thing happened with her key. Most of the staff were friendly, except for two older guys at the bar, they were rude. It is 5 minutes to the airport and if you have a rental to keep it in a secure place be ready to pay 20 euros per day. There is free parking but is very limited.

Super clean rooms and the playground and pool were clean and safe for the kids. Outdoor and indoor bars and the bartending staff were excellent.
