Great property and staff. Would definitely reccomend!

Like so many other “hotels” in Rome, this place is a converted floor of an older building and is not clearly marked as a “hotel”. The name is on a small marker on the side of a building. When the taxi dropped us off at the address, he did not know which door or building it was. Once we realized which building it was, We pushed the button next to the name plaque and someone came on the intercom and told us what to do. The rooms were on the 3rd floor and there is a very small, narrow elevator/ lift, but if you blink, you will miss it. There were 3 layers of security so we felt very safe. There was an outer gate, a main door into the general building and then a main door on the floor that leads to the rooms, all of them locked and require a key or keycard. Piazza Navona is on the back side of the Building so if you never look down the ally around the back you will miss this piazza all together. The room was very clean and the location was very convenient. Now that I am familiar with how MANY of the city center “hotels” are, which are within other buildings, I would stay here again if I were to visit Rome agsin.

Excellent location! Very friendly host!

Front reception only works from 8-2 so if you arrive after 2 no one is there which is kind of inconvenient because you can’t always change your flight plans and arrive before 2. Staff was pleasant and respectful. Room was clean and the air conditioning worked really good! Location was good! The lift worked nicely. No amenities were available.

Had limited breakfast and there was a problem leaving your luggage if you check out and need to leave your luggage by front desk. Just up to 2 pm otherwise it was ok

Great location on edge of Navona Sq. Easily walkable to major sites and lots of great food nearby. Room was spacious and modern. Only complaint would be slow Internet connection, but that’s not why we visited.

Nice place near Piazza Novona. Would stay here again.

Property qas fabulous. Comfortable beds, quiet when the windows are closed, great AC. Not convenient to metro but lots of buses and taxis nearby. Only difficulty for us was having to call the hotel on arrival as there is no check in desk. We did not have international sim card.

Great location! Staff are also outstanding, friendly and helpful. Was able to leave my luggage before check in. Spacious and well designed rooms although the fittings like bed frame are starting to get a bit worn down. Would only bother someone who is fussy. Excellent value overall and would stay again.
