The goods - Great location. Excellent service from staff. Great TV and functions. Great shower. Super clean and tidy. Spoilt with lotions in room. With a good variety of mini bar options. Local restaurants near by. Valet parking but free weekend on street parking. Improvements needed - Room configuration slightly odd. Kitchen in an odd place, near door entrance and woodrobe. Open space in room, felt bare. Bathroom and toilet has no privacy. Unfortunately the bed felt too firm and near hard. No pillow top feel or comfort. A mixed bag 3/5 star rating.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Access with temporary parking is key and rooms are very spacious. I appreciate when slippers are a baseline amenity!

Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience

We had a great stay at Pullman. The room was very spacious, the location is perfect, and the overall value for the price is excellent. The AC was amazing, super strong and kept the room very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. There is valet parking available at the hotel for an extra cost, but we didn’t need it since there was street parking available. It’s free from 6pm to 9am, and also free during the day with a time limit of 1–3 hours. Would happily stay here again.
