We were truly amazed at the size of the room, by Japanese hotel standards it was massive! The room amenities were very welcome, especially the washer\dryer and the fully equipped kitchen was a welcome surprise. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and will help you in any way possible to make your stay enjoyable, we will definitely be staying there again on our subsequent trips to Tokyo. 👏👏👏👏👏

Fantastisk I usually do do not give a 100% Starr rating to anything, but I have stayed at this hotel before and have always found it to be excellent clean rooms wonderful staff I have a kitchen and a laundry right in my room and I enjoy it if I could buy an annual pass or get a discount or whatever it is from this hotel, it would be a wonderful pleasure. I recommend this hotel to anyone that will ask me thank you to all the wonderful staff. 👍❤️

This was our first trip to Japan. The B: Conte Hotel Staff was excellent in all areas. My very limited Japanese was not an issue as the staff spoke very good English. The Hotel room was very clean and the had the best hotel shower I've ever used. The Hotel location was excellent as walking to the train station was a breeze and entertaining.
The Asakusa area was pleasant to return too as this Hotel is in the heart of the town and not very far from the Temple, Skytree, Sumida River, etc. If you're going to Japan the B: Conte is where you want to stay as the price is right and service excellent. When I go back to Tokyo I'm staying at the B: Conte!!!!

We stayed in a suite, which consisted of a living area and a separate bedroom. This was particularly useful when you have a small child who has a different bed time to the rest of the family.
The washer dryer was very handy to have. Bear in mind its drying capabilities will reduce if the drum is overloaded as with all washer dryers. It will dry clothes well if you wash one day’s worth of clothes for a family of 3. Otherwise, it will require an extra drying cycle.
The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding daily.
Location is excellent. 3 minute walk to sensoji temple.

My new favorite hotel in Asakusa, or Tokyo for that matter. Amazing location and rooms that are somewhere between apartment and hotel room.

Truly the best hotel tor start you off on your trip to japan, being an uber away from the airport, it is on an amazing street with lots of things to do around. Plus, so nice to have washer/dryer
