Excellent hotel, Super friendly staff. Excellent location, older hotel but very very clean and well maintained. Close to mass transit (Hakata Station), many restaurants and plenty of shopping. Highly recommended. A+++

There was black mold in my bathroom as well as downstairs in the lobby. My ceiling was covered in dust. The staff were nice and helpful though.

Technically the room, and the hotel in general was clean. However, the room and floor stunk of stale cigarette smoke and reception also has the lingering smell of smoke. If you are a smoker, this is the hotel for you.

This place is too outdated, although they made the entrance lobby look pretty nice, but the room is old, dirty and smelly, especially the bathroom and the air conditioner, the carpet always feels sticky. Also, there's no electrical outlet around the bed for you to charge the phone.Not recommended.

Great location for Hakata train and bus station. Lots of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Room was small but comfy. No bottled water provided, no water fountain available, and no vending machine for drinks that I could find. There is a Lawson next door though so bought water there.

Convenient location next to a major train station. Also, it’s extremely close to the airport. The staffs are polite and speaks English. They are very helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and has enough space for me (1 person). There are a couple of close dining options nearby.
