I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room is small by U.S. standards, but it was just the right size for two adults with two large suitcases. It was well laid out, very functional, and spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly, and the automated check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The hotel also offers a great selection of free toiletries, including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, lotion, body towel, and more. The location is a huge plus—it's less than a five-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Having washers and dryers available was also very helpful during our trip. We didn't need housekeeping every day, so instead they hung fresh towels on our door each day. It was a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated. Overall, this hotel was clean, convenient, and a great value. I'd definitely stay here again.

Bon emplacement et hôtel tranquille. Le seul point négatif est que nous n’avons pas trouvé le lit et les oreilles confortables, ils étaient trop durs.

This hotel is typical small Japanese style room. Bed is ok and room was clean, but very small. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious downstairs at the Kyushu Megumi no Kozuchi restaurant. The hotel is also very close to Hakata station which is very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
