Room and stafff were efficient. Room was clean. We had a view of Donki from our room, which was a fun surprise. Would have liked a bit more hanging space for clothes and better pillows. The ones provided were thin and hard.

Pretty standard hotel, but we weren't really prepared for the vibe of the Dotonbori neighbourhood. Thank god for the blackout blinds, and we were high enough that there wasn't any noise bleeding in, but be prepared for a Vegas-like experience when you get outside and start walking the streets. Neon signs, street food, night clubs - wasn't what we were looking for.

The first room was dirty and the aircon made awful noise, so staff put us in another room. Second room was not great, it was smaller and the view was right next to a wall. I asked for a different room on the opposite side where the first room was and they agreed. There was no bedside light, it was broken. Halfway through the stay, the safe in the nightstand started beeping constantly and would not stop, had to take the whole nightstand down to the front desk. Never got a replacement. Room was only surface clean. Corners, behind things, and under bed were very dirty.

Very nice hotel, extremely quiet. located in a very attractive area, right behind Dotombori and the Donki store. Also, a block away from Shinsaibashisuji shopping street. An all around solid option for visiting Osaka. Highly recommended.
