Under gjennomsnittet Beware! THEFT! Highly disappointed. This is the first time I have ever experienced housekeeping stealing me and my girlfriend’s belongings. All of our souvenirs were placed in a safe space in the room, and after coming back later that evening, all our items were gone. We tried addressing it to the front desk staff and were open to getting reimbursed to get this settled. The staff gave us multiple different stories as to what may have happened. We had no other choice but to call the police to investigate the case. We sat in the lobby for three hours without any progress and ended up leaving losing $750 worth of souvenirs. What an unfortunate ending to our trip in Japan.

Great alternative for a traditional hostel, same set up except private rooms with doors that lock. The bathrooms are shared on every floor, and the showers are separated by gender on each floor (odds floor for men, even for women i believe. I did solo but would be great for two

I stayed for 12 days and I will be back on my next visit to Japan. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station. The sky tree was also walking distance. Prime location. It felt like my home away from home.

This is our third time staying here this year. We love this hotel. It is always very clean and well-maintained. Also, we love the area and enjoy going for morning walks along the river. We will definitely stay here again.

This is located in a safe/nice area however my main complaint is the air conditioning. It was very hot in the hotel room and unfortunately you cannot adjust the temperature for the rooms. I went during end of May so it’s very humid.
