I had a wonderful stay at sapa yen. There is no electronics in the room for the quiet retreat vibes. Took some getting used to but it was definitely what I needed to unplug. Room and hotel is very clean. Close to sapa station and you can view the train to fansipan from the hotel.

Fantastisk A cozy hotel near the center in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were just wonderful and so very helpful specially the ladies from reception and restaurant.

Flott Our stay here was lovely. The room was very spacious and bright which we loved. The breakfast area is beautiful also with the views. We walked everywhere while here and it is in a great location!

The staff are helpful and nice but the property needs more upgrading. Breakfast was not good and did not come back the next day. Not happy with the room, toilet was blocked, amenities were poor standard or lacking. Location was good though.

Superb location. Got a room with the Mountain View, great service from the reception and the staff. Definitely worth going back.
